Creativity & Wellbeing Day

What a fantastic way to spend a Friday afternoon! on Friday 10th October, the community gathered at Stechford Leisure Centre for our special Creativity & Wellbeing Day event.
It was a perfect blend of soothing activities and connection. Attendees had the opportunity to dive into some hands-on crafts, sparking creativity and focusing the mind. These sessions offered a brilliant chance for everyone to slow down and connect with others in a relaxed setting. A real highlight was the sound relaxation session, which provided a deep, peaceful interlude for attendees to unwind completely.
The afternoon concluded beautifully with tea and cake, allowing for a final chance to chat and share experiences before heading home feeling refreshed.
